East Meeting Room – where we host seminars given by researchers and other speakers from around the world, is also available for your conferences and meetings and can be expanded for up to 135 people.
West Meeting Room/Classroom – an ideal spot for classes or groups who want to be able to check in daily and use a dedicated space with a projector, white board, and smart TV.
The Breezeway – the heart of our Learning Center, is an outdoor screened in space perfect for breakout groups, social events, and dining.
Event Lobby – an elegant space perfect for small meetings, art displays, and other small-scale events.
Meals for group events at Archbold are available upon request for groups of 10 or more people.
Wake up and step out into nature
At the Station, we offer three different kinds of on-site lodging options to help immerse mission-related guests in the beautiful Florida scrub.
We have a LEED ® Platinum certified Lodge that can sleep up to 18 guests in six rooms with shared bathrooms, which provide housing for visiting groups. Say hi to our residential interns who share the Lodge communal lounge, Eisner Room.
Spacious and cozy bedrooms can sleep up to 11 people between three rooms with two private bathrooms, perfect for visiting classes.
Eight historic cottages that have two to four rooms each, can accommodate two to ten people per cottage. These have very limited availability.

Our kitchen and staff can serve meals for groups of 10 or more, and meal requests must be made several days in advance. We can accommodate almost any dietary restrictions.
We offer meeting packages including coffee, tea, fruit, and other refreshments for those who are reserving our meeting facilities. Please contact our Facilities Coordinator to discuss rates and options for your group.
